Skalingup (“Skalingup,” “we,” “us”) builds AI lead-capture and follow-up systems for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit skalingup.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also describes our SMS text-messaging program in detail.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the “Let’s Scale Together” form or book a strategy call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, approximate monthly revenue range, and the goal you describe. If you tick the SMS consent box, we also record that you did, the exact consent language you agreed to, and the time you agreed.
- Messages you send us. Replies you send by text, email, or through the chat assistant on our site.
- Technical information. Standard web logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected by our hosting provider.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm calls.
- To send you the messages you asked for (see the SMS program below).
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. SMS text-messaging program
Program: Skalingup SMS. By checking the SMS consent box on our website form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Skalingup at that number. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment details and reminders, and follow-up information about Skalingup services.
Frequency: varies based on your inquiry. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP or email info@skalingup.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing anything from Skalingup.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions — for example our website host, our CRM and scheduling platform, our email provider, and the carrier-connected messaging provider that delivers SMS. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to document consent, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your choices
- Text STOP to stop SMS messages.
- Email info@skalingup.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
- Most browsers let you control or block cookies; the site works without them.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
