What does it cost, and am I locked in?
Pricing depends on what you actually need. We don't sell one-size-fits-all packages, so we figure that out together on the strategy call. Standard engagement is 3 months minimum so we have time to build, launch, and prove it works. After that, it's month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Who owns what: the domain, website, ads, and customer data?
Your domain stays in your name from day one. You own it, you control it. Same for your ad account and your customer data. The website itself is a managed system: we build it, host it, and keep it running while we work together. If you want to take the site with you when we part ways, there's a one-time handoff fee. We'll always be upfront about this on the call, no surprises.
